I can not say enough good things about CTK Construction. Communication, work, timeliness, and flexibility with our project were all excellent. Ivan was amazing and so easy to work with. They work on one project at a time, so you have their full attention and things get done FAST. Would highly recommend!

CTK Construction was a great crew to work with. We had an interior wall ~18’X8’ removed to open up the space and the crew did a fantastic job! They were sure to provide updates on the job progress and what to expect as they progressed. Was happy to see they cleaned up any debris after the days work to prevent any injuries to the kids! Will definitely call on CTK again for future projects!

The CTK crew is AWESOME!!! My sellers needed subflooring in a half bath replaced and CTK took care of it in a day. Their workmanship is outstanding! They took out the vanity and toilet, replaced the subflooring, and put everything back with new LVP flooring. They also replaced or repaired any damaged facia on the outside of the house. CTK is great. And their owner? You couldn't ask for a better person!

We had a fantastic experience with this company! They did an excellent job installing our new vanity. The workmanship was top-notch, everything was level, secure, and beautifully finished. They paid close attention to detail and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. The team was professional, on time, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We’re extremely happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. Thank you again for a job well done!
